An overview of the quality, product-safety and responsible-sourcing frameworks that govern the RainShield catalogue.
Quality management
Our design, sourcing and production operations run under an ISO 9001:2015 aligned quality management system. Every batch goes through documented incoming-material checks, in-line inspection and final AQL sampling before dispatch.
Product certifications
Representative samples of our products are tested against the following standards. Certificates are available on request.

Responsible sourcing
Suppliers of fabrics, coatings, reflective tapes and hardware are evaluated for material compliance, worker welfare and environmental practices. We phase out substances restricted under REACH and RoHS as substitutes become available.
Product safety & recall
Every production lot carries a traceable code linking it to raw-material batches and inspection records. In the unlikely event of a defect, this allows us to isolate and recall affected units quickly.
Reporting a concern
To report a suspected quality issue, counterfeit product, or supplier-conduct concern, write to support@rainshield.co.in with the product code, batch number and photographs where possible. All reports are reviewed confidentially.
